Deleting your nokki account and data
This page explains how to delete your account in the music journal app “nokki” (developer: TsuzuKit). You can delete it yourself from within the App at any time.
How to delete from the App
- Open nokki
- Tap your avatar at the top right of the home screen to open your profile
- Open Settings
- Tap “Delete account” at the very bottom
- You’ll be asked to confirm twice. Tap “Continue to delete” → “Delete everything” to start the deletion
Once you delete, you are signed out immediately. Your previous entries won’t come back even if you sign in again with the same account. This can’t be undone.
What is deleted
| Data | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your account (Apple/Google sign-in identifier, display name, avatar settings) | Deleted |
| Entries (songs, moods, notes, who can see them) | Deleted |
| Night Notes and saved AI recaps | Deleted |
| Friend connections and friend requests | Deleted in both directions |
| Comments and reactions on other people’s entries, and song notes | Deleted |
| Notifications and push notification tokens | Deleted |
| Block settings | Deleted, including records kept on the other person’s side |
Deletion runs automatically on our servers and usually finishes within a few minutes.
What remains after deletion
• Report records: reports made about you or by you are kept for up to one year to prevent repeated abuse, then deleted (they don’t include personal information such as your display name).
• Purchase records: if you used nokki+, the App Store or Google Play keeps transaction records as required by law. The nokki team does not access them.
• Backups: data is erased from disaster-recovery backups within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active nokki+ subscription. Please cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
