nokki Terms of Use

1. Account

You need to sign in with an Apple or Google account to use the App. You are responsible for managing your account.

2. Prohibited content

The following are prohibited in entries, comments, song notes, and profiles. The Operator has zero tolerance for them.

• Defamation, harassment, threats, or impersonation of others
• Discriminatory or hateful expressions
• Sexual, obscene, violent, or cruel content
• Content that encourages illegal acts, self-harm, or dangerous behavior
• Posts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Spam or commercial advertising
• Posting other people’s personal information or copyrighted works without permission
• Interfering with the operation of the App

The Operator may remove violating content or suspend accounts without notice.

3. Reporting and blocking

If you find content that is offensive or may violate these Terms, you can report it in the App. Choose “Report” on an entry, comment, song note, or user (for entries, use “…” on the detail screen; for comments and notes, long-press).

The Operator reviews reports within 24 hours. If a violation is found, we remove the content or take action such as suspending the poster’s account.

You can also block anyone at any time. When you block someone, you can no longer see each other’s entries or notes, your friendship is removed, and they cannot send you friend requests. You can review and unblock users in “Settings > Blocked users.”

4. Subscription (nokki+)

• nokki+ is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The price is shown on the purchase screen.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
• It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel in your device’s subscription settings.
• Partial-period refunds are not provided (store policies apply).

5. Rights to content

You own the rights to what you post. However, the Operator may use it to the extent necessary to display and deliver it within the App. Song information and album artwork are catalog information provided by Apple and others and belong to their respective rights holders.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided as is, and the Operator does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy.
• AI Recap text is generated automatically, and its accuracy is not guaranteed.
• The Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except in cases of the Operator’s intent or gross negligence.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be changed as needed. If there are important changes, we will let you know in the App.
